- On this secure Paypal page, you can either enter your credit card details directly (you do not need to be a PayPal member) or log into your Paypal account and confirm payment.
- 1 unit (any size) = AUD $5
- 2 + units (any size) = AUD $10
- 1 unit (any size) = AUD $15
- Credit card authorisation and address verification must be received prior to processing.

- You must notify Borne Naked® within 3 days of receiving the item of the fault or flaw by emailing us on info@bornenaked.com, and then arrange return of the item to Borne Naked® within 10 days of notification.
- Refunds can only be credited back to the credit card that was used to make the original purchase. The refund will be processed as soon as the item/s have been received and inspected by Borne Naked®, however, please allow 14 days from the day you return the item for your account to be credited.
- If you wish to exchange your item, please make your request clear when contacting Borne Naked®.
- We will need you to pay the return post to us and the item unused in its original packaging.
- When we have received the item back in unused condition we will gladly refund or exchange the purchase price to you via the same credit card that you paid for it.
- You must provide a "proof of purchase", being either an invoice, bank statement, email confirmation from Borne Naked®, or delivery note.

How do I order online?
We accept payment by the secure PayPal system worldwide. You do NOT need to be a PayPal member to pay by PayPal using your credit card.
Alternatively, if you are a PayPal member (it's easy to join at their site) you can pay from your bank account as well as by credit card AND you can pay by their secure, fast and free system.
By using Paypal, your credit card number is never exposed to Borne Naked® and you can be confident in Paypal's 100% protection.

Borne Naked® will dispatch your order usually within 48 business hours of receiving it providing payment has been received (please note: payment can take up to 48 hours to be processed).
All orders are sent via Australia Post's postal service. If the parcel does not fit in your mail box, you will receive a notification card in your mail box, and you will be able to pick up your parcel from your nearest Australia Post Office.
Please allow 5-10 working days for your Borne Naked® order to arrive at your doorstep. Delivery lead times vary depending on which state you live in.
Borne Naked® does not accept responsibility for parcels that are misplaced after they have been delivered.
